AHADS FAN Privacy & Clinical Data Notice
AHADS FAN separates clinical/patient records from the read-only HomeoOS reference database. Access is role-controlled and audited.
Patient and consultation data
Appointments, case notes, prescriptions, reminders, uploaded reports and consultation messages are available only to authorised accounts. Video/audio recording requires the configured consent workflow before recording can start.
AI-assisted clinical workflow
AI output is an assistant suggestion, not a medical diagnosis or automatic prescription. The system first retrieves candidate rubrics from the local HomeoOS database where possible. A doctor must review, customise, approve or reject AI rubric suggestions. External AI processing remains disabled until the Owner configures a provider and the relevant consent/authority workflow is satisfied.
Doctors Community
Community identities are pseudonymous to participants. Real account mapping is restricted to Owner/Super Admin audit access. Contact-information and abuse filters are intended to prevent direct identity/contact exchange.
Recordings and files
Consultation and live-class recordings use controlled access links. Patient documents, books, course media and AI uploads are stored outside public browsing paths where applicable.
Backups
Backups may contain sensitive clinical information. Google Drive backup is disabled until the Owner configures a private destination/service account. Current protected backups use a Recovery-Key-encrypted envelope for the installation master secret; the master secret is not stored in plaintext inside the backup ZIP.
Terms of Use
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Users must not misuse the platform, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, or present AI suggestions as autonomous medical decisions. Owner-configured clinical, payment, recording and retention policies apply to use of the service.
Clinical Platform Consent
The platform assists with documentation, repertory retrieval, communication, reminders, education and clinician-reviewed AI suggestions. Clinical interpretation, diagnosis, prescription and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of qualified clinicians. Emergency or urgent medical needs should use appropriate local emergency services rather than relying on this platform.
Your privacy controls
Signed-in users can open the Privacy Center to review current consent receipts, notification preferences and submit access/export/correction/deletion-review requests. Deletion is not an automatic erasure command because clinical, financial or security records may require review or retention.
